+ zhe 着 Stating how the object has been dealt with or how one anticipates it will be dealt with.

  1. Jīntiān yào xià yǔ, bǎ sǎn dàizhe.
    今天要下雨，把伞带着。
    it's going to rain. Take the umbrella (with you.)


  2. Nǐ shuìjiào zěnme hái bǎ dēng kāizhe? Tài fèi diàn le.
    你睡觉怎么还把灯开着？太费电了！
    Why do you sleep with the light on? What a waste of electricity?
