    1. Tā nǔlì gōngzuò-le liǎng nián, zhōngyú mǎishang-le yí liàng xīn chē.
      他努力工作了两年，终于买上了一辆新车。
      He worked hard for two years and at last bought a new car.


    2. Zhèixiē qióng háizi zhōngyú chīshang-le fàn, chuānshang-le xīn yīfu.
      这些穷孩子终于吃上了饭、穿上了新衣服。
      These impoverished children finally have got food to eat and new clothes to wear.
