之类的 (zhīlèide) can be translated as "and so on" or "and stuff
like that." As in English, this grammar point is used to continue a
list without explicitly mentioning further items within it.

xǐhuan dāi zài dà chéngshì, xiàng Shànghǎi, Xiānggǎng zhī lèi

like Shanghai, Hong Kong, and places like that.
- 他 喜欢 谈论 漂亮 的 女 明星，像 章子怡、张柏芝 之类的 。Tā xǐhuan tánlùn piàoliang de nǚ míngxīng, xiàng Zhāng
Ziyí, Zhāng Bǎizhī zhī lèi de.He likes to talk about pretty actresses like Zhang Ziyi,
Zhang Baizhi, and people like that.
Used without 像
The 像 in the sentence can also be left out.
