| In 1957, it was decided to build a Daoist College at Baiyun Guan to serve as a center 中国道教协会会址 (Zhōngguó Dàojiào Xiéhuì Huìzhǐ) for educating new monks and as a center for scholarship and preservation. Thus, the 中国道教学院 Zhōngguó Dàojiào Xuéyuàn), the Chinese Daoist College was established. The Temple also houses the Chinese Daoist Association, the Institute of Chinese Daoist Culture, and The Journal of The Chinese Taoism. |
