Beijing Underground City 北京地下城

Four posters giving instructions of what to do during a disaster. In 2004, posters had been covered by plastic wrap. They moulded. The posters were framed under glass in 2008 and painter's caulk had been added (rather generously) to seal the glass to the frame. The camouflage material was added after 2004, either to hide damaged walls, or to prevent further damage. Unfortunately, the fabric will hold the moisture to the walls.
