Spring Festival market

The light is great at this time of the morning. Notice the green object on the divider for the bike path. That is actually bushes covered with green burlap. With no snow cover to protect the roots and branches, bushes are hit hard by the brief but bitter winter. Later in the spring the covers will be taken off and the bushes start turning green within a week.
