Traditional Pinwheel at theTemple Fair at Ditan 地坛

Fairs are for adults who still have a child within themselves and for children. The boy above holds an adaptation of a traditional pinwheel. It may have been the early hour but I didn't see people loaded down with items from the fair. Many children didn't carry anything, and those who did had one souvenir.
