The bamboo trays are used for many things, but when you make dumplings, you place them on these trays until you are ready to cook and they don't stick. The wire utensil is used to scoop dumplings and other foods from boiling water or the hot oil of the wok. Notice that the wok is set right into the stone top of the stove. |
