Beijng University of Technology 北京工业大学体育馆

Beijng University of Technology's new gymnasium 北京工业大学体育馆 (Běijīng Gōngyè Dàxué Tǐyùguǎn) was built to host badminton and rhythmic gymnastics. The building was begun in 2005 and finished in 2007. Several competitions were held there before the Olympics to give it a "test run". It will seat 7,500 and has a floor space of 24,000 square meters.
