The Chu Shi Biao 出師表 is a letter from the Prime Minister of the Shu Han kingdom to his emperor, Liu Shan during the period
of theThree Kingdoms (220-280). While giving advice about an exhibition, Prime Minister Zhuge Liang takes the opportunity
to outline his principles of good government and the responsibilities of the emperor to provide fair and wise leadership.
