Ni Tian 倪田 (1855-1919), was called Baotian 宝田 when he was born, but shortened it to Tian 田. He is
also known by his designated name Mogeng 墨耕 and his literary name Modaoren 默道人 .
The light and the cold are really the subjects in this painting.
This album was completed in 1890 at the end of the Qing Dynasty when he was 36 years old.
