Automatic Modula-2 keyword uppercasing

Version 0.1.1 adds client-side keyword uppercasing. It inspects only the token(s) touched by the latest edit and uppercases recognized keywords while leaving nested (* ... *) comments, <* ... *> pragmas, strings, character literals, and identifiers such as beginValue unchanged.

Setting: adwModula2.autoUppercaseKeywords (default true)
