In the evening, Renmei Ding and her friend went to the East Asian 
Library from the dorm. Ding wore a pair of blue slacks, a and a 
white shirt. Ding’s blue slacks were an old pair; and her white 
shirt was a new one. Ding’s friend wore a skirt, and a jacket. 
Her skirt was black and her jacket red.

The reading rooms in the East Asian Library were large, and quiet. 
Teacher Gu of the East Asian Library was on duty tonight. She wore 
a jacket and a skirt. Her jacket and her skirt were both black. 
Ding asked Teacher Gu to give her friend a tour of the reading 
rooms in the East Asian Library. 

Teacher Gu said: " There are altogether two reading rooms in 
the East Asian Library. One is large, and the other is small. 
The large one is a reading room for the students; and the small 
one is for the teachers. There are a lot of East Asian newspapers 
and magazines in the reading rooms. We have Chinese, Japanese 
and Korean newspapers and magazines. There are altogether 
fifteen computers in the two reading rooms. Teachers and 
students often come here to read books and newspapers; also 
they often come here to use computers to browse books and 
other materials. Everyone likes the reading room in the 
East Asian Library."

"I like the reading rooms, too. It is so quiet here and the 
conditions here are excellent." Ding’s friend said. 

"You are welcome to come here often."

"I certainly will."
