Beijing Zoo 北京动物园

The front gate of the Beijing Zoo was restored. The walls and grounds of the zoo were destroyed and damaged during the Japanese occupation and the Cultural Revolution. Below, there is a detail of the central panel of the arches. Lions hold the pearl between a pair of dragons .
