Yu Yuan 豫园
Dragon Wall

This is the most famous dragon of Yu Yuan. There are probably more pictures of him associated with Yu Yuan than any other feature. But I haven't seen one with scaffolding before, so here it is. He is called the "dragon soaring to the clouds" because his head is raised, ready for flight. Notice how his tail is not only used to make the scallops in the wall, but to give it a three-dimensional quality.
