This gentleman specializes in flying the eagle kite and has many sizes ranging from kites even smaller than the one he is holding to kites that are 4 and 5 feet wide.  Smaller kites are better in strong winds, the force of the wind on a large kite would break the string.  You fit the kite to the flying conditions.</font>
