The Emperor of Earth </font><font size="+1" color="white" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">地官</font><font size="-1" color="white" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> pardons sins and releases people from their grievances and complaints. The Emperor of Water </font><font size="+1" color="white" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">水官</font><font size="-1" color="white" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> cures all diseases, bad luck and disasters that may befall mankind.</font></p>
