At that time, the road was called Zhengyangmen Dajie, after the gate to the Inner City. The appearance of trolley tracks on Qianmen Dajie in 1924 places this picture in the 1920s or early 1930s. One of the things that the remodeled Qianmen Dajie </font><font size="+1" color="white" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">前门大街</font><font size="-1" color="white" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"> includes is a tourist trolley that runs back and forth from one end to the other. This picture shows the rebuilt Archery Watchtower clearly.</font></td>
