Much of the cooking, threshing, carving, cleaning, etc. takes place on trays or in bowls on the floor or ground.  They don't have the problems with their knees that we do.</font>
								<p><font size="-1" color="white" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Below, behind the saw horse is a donkey frame to hold bags and bundles on the donkey's back when going to market or out to the field. Also notice the harness hook made of a tree branch.</font></p>
