  INSTRUCTIONS
    1.  Load the TURBO compiler and compile to a .COM file
    2.  Quit the TURBO compiler and execute the program with
        parameters.  Try:

                cmdlin abc def
                cmdlin Greetings from Frank Borland!
                cmdlin
