Modula-2 grammars

Modula2.atg is the tested Coco/R grammar (copy of gm2-gcc-0.2.atg from GNU-grammar, tagged v0.3 there). The intended pipeline is ATG -> scanner/parser -> AST -> semantic analysis -> LSP.
