oberon-compiler

Native Theia extension: Oberon compiler service.

• src/common/compiler.ts — OberonCompiler interface, oberon.json parsing, build/diagnostic types (shared frontend/backend contract).
• src/node/ — GnuOberonCompilerService: async gm2 builds, detect, clean, run, GCC-style diagnostics parsing.
• src/browser/ — Oberon: Build/Build File/Clean/Rebuild/Run/ Detect Oberon commands driven by the workspace oberon.json.

Test the service headlessly (needs gm2 on PATH):
