  23. Do you have any more questions?
  24. One small question. The last few trade fairs have all looked very
  25. successful. Foreign businessmen have rarely gone home empty-handed. But
  26. couldn’t you change certain things a little faster?
  27. Of course, we always consider suggestions from foreign businessmen. The
  28. purpose of holding the Guàngzhōu zhōu Trade Fair is to make foreign
  29. trade prosper!
  30. I Just have one suggestion. Could you make your beer bottles smaller? We
  31. like the beer that China exports, but we don’t like those big bottles
  32. that look like soy sauce bottles. They’re difficult to ship. Besides, on
  33. weekends we like to go out on trips. It’s so convenient to have small
  34. bottles which you can throw out when you’re finished.
  35. Thank you. That’s a very good suggestion. It was already made by a trade
  36. delegation from Hong Kong when they came here. Later, we can show you
  37. our smaller-bottle beer, but at present this kind of beer cannot yet be
  38. produced on a large scale. Our equipment still has many limitations.
  39. Perhaps some of our American companies might be able to cooperate with
  40. China in this area and raise your bottling efficiency.
  41. B: Zhèige wèntí bījiào fūzá, women dei yánjiū yanjiu, wō xīwàng bù Jiù,
  42. wōmen Jiù kéyi gōi nī yíge mànyìde huídá.
  43. - A: Xièxie ni.
  44. This is a rather complicated question which we will have to look into.
  45. I hope that we will be able to give you a satisfactory answer before
  46. long.
  47. Thank you.
  48. - B: Hái yōu shénme biéde wèntí ma?
  49. - A: Xiànzài méiyōu le.
  50. - B: Hāo, nàme wōmende zhāodàihuì Jiù

  52. Jiànyì, xièxie dàjiā.
  53. Any more questions?
  54. No.
  55. All right, then we’ll end the press conference here. I’d like to thank
  56. all of you friends from the press for your help and suggestions, and
  57. thank all of you.
